    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Beef or Chicken Broth, (low sodium)
    • 1/2 cup Red Wine, (whatever you like to drink (or more broth))
    • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • 2 1/2 lbs Chuck Roast, (cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes)
    • 1 Large Onion, (cut in 1 inch pieces)
    • 3 Cloves Garlic, (minced)
    • 2 Ribs Celery, (chopped in 1 inch pieces)
    • 4 Carrots, (cut in 1 inch pieces)
    • 8oz Small Crimini Mushrooms
    • 4 Potatoes, (cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks)
    • 3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
    • 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
    • 1 Bay Leaf
    • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Sugar
    • 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    • 3 Tbsp Flour
