    • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
    • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (make your own pumpkin pie spice with our recipe)
    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (or canned pumpkin NOT pumpkin pie filling)
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup (the real stuff NOT pancake syrup)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
